I am fairly uninspired to write today. I had a few things go through my head yesterday, but today....not so much. My learning for today was that it is not good to over spice chili. I put too much cayenne in and it is super spicy. I added more corn, sugar, chocolate, tomato paste...still pretty spicy. (Even for me, a Californian who grew up eating salsa and chiles...). On most occasions I am a good cook, my friends even request my cooking, so when I botch it, I feel like a complete idiot. Urgh.
Now it's time for my Young Adult Bible study...we'll see if I have posting inspirations afterward.
