Script writing peeve

Tonight as I watched "Law and Order", one of the officers was talking about murder and mentioned "the 5th commandment". I rewound to hear it again and make sure I hadn't misheard. I hadn't. He said, "5th commandment." The show continued on and then during the trial, they botched it again. "The 5th commandment." Just for the record #5 is "honor thy father and mother." #6 is "thou shalt not kill." (Try Exodus 20 or Deuteronomy 5)
